1. As I checked the theme with Visual Composer 5, the Media Grid element worked fine here at my end. I was able to click to edit and select the photos for the element as usual.
2. The copyright section is normally managed by Theme Options using the OptionTree plugin. The other parts of the theme also use the plugin such as page/post meta boxes. So, I am afraid the OptionTree plugin is required by default.
Could you please send me the login account to your site? I will try to check the Media Grid element at your end.

I tried creating a new page named "Paul Test" ( https://g2i.uk/paul-test/ ) and adding a Media Grid element to the page. I could add the element and select photos as usual. I also tried clicking to edit the element to add more photos and it worked normally, too.
The OptionTree plugin was active when I was doing that.
So, I am not sure what could be the reason at your end. Could you please try:
thanks for reply, i'm always clearing the browser cache out, the only explanation I can come up with is my internet connection is so slow at 2.5mb that's why it keeps revolving around?
anyway thanks for looking I will try to connect when I go somewhere the connection is better.
this Kose theme is brilliant and I love working with it best thing I've ever done on the internet.
There is no option for such feature by default, unfortunately. You would have to use custom CSS to manually hide the toggle button on the WooCommerce product page.
And glad to hear that you have figured it out about the media library issue!

So, I am not sure what could be the reason at your end. Could you please try:
1. Clearing all the browser cache
2. Testing your site on other browsers/machine
See if that helps.

thanks Paul great credit to you.
Hi Barry,
The Internet connection and/or hosting performance can probably be the cause. If you also have another hosting, you might want to try it out.
And thank you so much for your kind words. I am really happy to hear that you love the Kose theme!
Let me know if you have any other questions regarding the theme.
Regards,
Paul
