I activated the Thine theme once I installed it as Wordpress them on GoDaddy server, but it doesn't look at all like the example of the theme I thought I was purchasing. For example, the Menu toolbar is missing.What are the next steps I need to follow to at least get it to look like the original Thine example? Do I need to upload the stylesheets, images etc form the Thine zipped file? I've never done this before. Any help you provide will be appreciated.
