If I remove the sidebar the page content is still aligned to the right of the page. I would like to content to be at absolute center when not displaying the sidebar to the left; how can I achieve this?
Unfortunately there is no out-of-the-box option for that. You would need to manually customize the theme to change the layout. It was intentionally designed that way as you can see on the demo site.
