Normally, the bundled plugin (in this case, it is LayerSlider) will be updated periodically with the new version of the theme. There is no purchase code for the plugin unless you purchase it separately.
The latest version of Fineliner (v1.8.1) already includes the latest version of the LayerSlider plugin (v5.6.2). So please update the theme and you will get the latest plugin. :)
