The setting to have the Revolution Slider disabled on mobile devices doesn't actually disable it and just has the the loading pinwheel activated the whole time. How do I actually disable it?
Hmm. Could you please send me the detailed steps to reproduce the issue? I will try to reproduce it on my end. Because I just went to edit the slider and chose \"On\" for the \"Disable Slider on Mobile\" option (screenshot: http://cl.ly/3j0x2W3W0G1t ). Then when opening the site on my iPhone, the slider did not load and not show up.
Also, what is your site URL so I could have a look on that?
That\'s strange. I just tested it again with the demo site of the theme here: http://themes.uxbarn.com/wp/thine/. The slider is now not showing up on my iPhone after disabling the option.
Did you make any custom adjustment in the theme\'s CSS? I just saw one difference of the code for the \"#header-slider-container\" element in \"style.css\". Here\'s from yours: http://cl.ly/2h1Y0J3V121p . Here\'s the default one: http://cl.ly/2S0y353u2Z2u . Notice the commented CSS of the default comparing to yours. Please try reverting all the changes back to the default state (or just replace them with the latest-version default package\'s) then clear all caches and test it again. This should help.
