To change the order of your portfolio items, please go to "Appearance > Customize > Portfolio Options" where you'll find the "Portfolio Items Order by" option (see attached).
Alternatively, if you would like to manually arrange the portfolio items, you can use the Post Types Order plugin.

How can I change the order of the porfolios (featured photos) appeared on Home page.
By defaut, it is set by date of upload. I really need to change.
