we use your theme in a multisite network with three other themes. We installed the plugin "my Custom CSS", which is indeed very useful. But in your theme, it is not possible to use it (I've no link in menu for that). I know in your theme I can use the style customizer, but - sorry - that window is pretty tiny.
Hmm, looks like it has a bit conflict with OptionTree plugin. But I have no idea why the plugin's menu does not show up. It might be related to the code the plugin author wrote for registering the menu.

Anyway, please try this one as an alternative: https://wordpress.org/plugins/simple-custom-css/ . After installing, you can find its menu as "Appearance > Custom CSS".
