    Dear Uxbarn team

I would like the look of the widgets as displayed on Envato. Unfortunately I can't do that. Is there a CSS script for this or what should I do?

    With kind regards
    Daniel

    Hello Paul

Thanks for your answer. In the meantime we switched to the 'Jeanne' theme, but the problem is the same.
There is also a display error in the portfolio. When viewing all projects, everything works, but when sorting by category, the images are shifted down and offset sideways.
We work with Safari and Firefox. The same phenomenon occurs in both browsers. (By the way, also in the demo version on Themeforest)

Finally, we would like to say how great we think your themes are. We searched for a long time until we were finally looking for something that is so reduced and graphically high-quality. A huge compliment for that!

    Best regards

Thank you for the login information and the kind words. I really appreciate that.smile.png

For the issue, I have set the "widget-title" class for all the titles in your widget areas. Please see this screenshot: https://share.getcloudapp.com/xQuO9Yrw

After setting the custom CSS class, the widget title style is displaying correctly.

I hope it helps and let me know if you have any other questions!

    Dear Paul

Thank you for solving my footer problem. Can you tell me how far you are with the second part?

I would be very happy to be informed of the current status

    Hello Paul

Thank you for your help. I have inserted Contactform 7 on the 'Testseite' page and set it up beforehand. I'm very embarrassed, but I'm not able to set up CF7 to receive emails. Is there a trick or maybe it something with the provider?

    Best regards
    Daniel

    Hello Paul

I was able to solve the problem with 'Contact Form 7'. Just click a tick and everything was fine. Sorry for the circumstances!

    Hello Paul

I hope that you are alright.

In the meantime, we have dealt with the topic of "social sharing" and decided on the small plugin "Novashare", which has only received the best ratings.

Unfortunately, this Twitter and Linkedin posts don't display as nicely as they should, so we wrote to the developers with the following text:

    "Hello novashare team

We have the following problems with our website: - the share counts are not displayed - When sharing posts etc. on Linkedin, the text is not displayed like e.g. on Facebook or Xing - When sharing posts etc. on Twitter, neither text nor images are displayed.

Thank you very much for your help, Daniel"

    This is the answer:

    Hey Daniel,

Thanks for reaching out. Happy to help.

    1. Regarding share counts, make sure you have set up Twitter and FB apps. https://novashare.io/docs/configure-share-counts/ And also that you have enabled share count numbers to display. https://novashare.io/docs/enable-share-counts/

Is there a specific post or page that you know has share counts? Happy to take a deeper look.

    2. For sharing on LinkedIn, this appears to be an issue with your theme, not our plugin. For example, take this page/post: https://arcestate.ch/?uxbarn_portfolio=muei-shop

If we use LinkedIn's own tool or share directly on LinkedIn's site, bypassing Novashare altogether, you can see it's not grabbing the title or description of the post/page from your site. Most likely, LinkedIn, doesn't like the format of your URLs. It has a "?" in the middle. And it seems to be defaulting everything to the homepage. Unfortunately, there is nothing we can do to fix that on our end since it doesn't work even on LinkedIn's site directly. You would have to reach out to your theme developers about that.

You can use this tool from LinkedIn to see what they see on your URL. https://www.linkedin.com/post-inspector/

    3. Twitter seems to work OK with the "?" in the URL. If we share that same page/post to Twitter, we see the image, description, etc.

    Can you solve this?
