hi there, I have been using KOSE since 2016. Last week my site go taken down due to a virus. My host 34sp.com have moved my site to a new server and cleaned the files.
Unfortunately now none of my images are showing, front page slider is blank and the menus and categories are showing on the portfolio pages.
I am sorry to hear that. But in this case, I would suggest asking your web hosting provider for more information about how they moved your site. To me, it looks like everything was reset like it is a new fresh installed WordPress site, and the only data imported is the post data.
You can ask if they still keep all of your data including images from the old server as a back up file and if they could help you recover or clone them to the new server.
