In order to have all the posts, pages, and portfolio items like our demo site, you would need to import the XML file (included in the package). But I just checked your website, I see that you already imported the demo file.
So, could you please elaborate on the issue again? Note that the given URLs lead to the same page so I am afraid I am not sure which pages you wanted me to look at. Please first go to this demo URL: http://themes.uxbarn.com/wp/darren/ and could you send me the page URLs that you previously meant again?
Unfortunately, due to the license, the mockup files could not be included or redistributed in the theme package (the same applies to the demo photos). If you are interested, you can purchase it here: https://graphicriver.net/item/picture-poster-frame-mockup/3377833
The reason why you see that image gallery on the homepage because the page is currently using one of the available portfolio templates. On the page edit screen, please see the right panel and you will see that the Featured Work template is selected (screenshot: https://share.getcloudapp.com/mXupBZ4X ).
Once selected, the template will then automatically display the portfolio items you created using the Portfolio menu (on your admin panel).
Regarding our demo site, the homepage you see is using the "Featured Works" template and the Galleries page is using the "All Works with Category Menu" template.
For more information about how to create and display your portfolio, I would suggest checking out the theme documentation, under the section of "How To > Create and display your portfolio".
