Did you mean the caption text of the slide on homepage? Please go to the edit screen of your homepage, scroll down to find the "Fullscreen Slider Settings", click to edit the slide then you can edit the "Caption Text" in there. Screenshot: http://cl.ly/image/2b2x3E3T2t2G
P.S. I would also recommend to see the provided documentation especially the section of "How To". You would get some ideas about the theme after reading through it. :)
