RESOLVED!

Hello,

My current theme is Fineliner 2.1.1, yesterday I tried updating 2 plugins .

The update process answered me with an error for LayerSlider WP plugin as you can see in the attachment.

I have version 6.7.6 installed, trying update to 6.8.2 as suggested by wordpress panel.

Theme's changelog reports that version of LayerSlider is 6.8.2

Version 2.1.1 (Apr 16, 2019)

- Fix: 404 errors in some CSS files
- Update: OptionTree to 2.7.0
- Update: LayerSlider to 6.8.2
- Update: VC to 5.7

WP admin panel in "plugin" reports instead :

'There is a new version of LayerSlider WP available. View version 6.8.3 details. Automatic update is unavailable for this plugin.

So what is the newest version of LayerSlide available for me?

How can i proceed to get it updated?

Maybe I need to reinstall the theme in order to have the plugin version 6.8.2 ?

RESOLVED.

On WP panel, gone to the "Plugins" menu and disabled the plugin. After that I tried again and the update has been successful.
