Hello! Im using Enso theme on my wordpress blog. When I write an article and I want to insert an image (external link) before the text, the image doesn't show up in short preview of the article. Can I fix that? And why are all the external images in the article have small fixed size? Can I make them bigger, say 1280px?
And, when I create a portfolio, how can I use external images (all my pics are stored in flickr), cause I don't want to upload them in my blog. thanks.
1. The excerpt of a blog post can display only text I am afraid. That is the default behavior of WordPress. All the shortcodes and tags will be removed.
2. You can adjust the size of the uploaded image in a blog post by clicking on it then select the pencil icon, and you will see the option for adjusting the size (screenshot: https://cl.ly/93a554d5c9fb ).
3. Unfortunately, there is no option for that. The theme can only display the images that are uploaded to your WordPress site.
