I am having really slow page loading. I have signed up for Cloudflare and did W3TC plugin as directed and it really hasn't improved it overall. This site isn't new and the content worked well on the past them. My homepage load times (16-18 seconds) and page load times of 6-10 seconds are what I am counting. As you know this is far too long and people will leave my site before waiting. I can only think it must be theme related. Can you advise and check out what is happening. I really don't want to leave this theme as I love the way it looked right out the door and the visual composer is the best thing to happen to wordpress.

Sorry to hear that, Joshua. But I do not think the theme itself has something to do with the initial delay of your page load time. As you know, I have developed the themes on many servers and there are also a lot of buyers running the themes without this kind of delay issue (I also have never faced the issue on their ends).
The theme only has the PHP, HTML, CSS and JS code which run on top of WordPress engine...
Did you already contact your hosting to help you investigate the issue? They should be able to help you track some technical stuff related to the network like this.
P.S. Anyway, I just did test your site again on my end and sometimes the delay time is gone (not like yesterday). Sometimes I can open your site on Chrome, Safari, Firefox, IE and Opera in only a few seconds on my machine. I guess there is something not reliable here. I would suggest to contact your hosting to help you check and configure it.
