I'm curious how to make blog categories into their own drop-downs or separate pages. The functionality is available on the Projects page where you can see everything consolidated or you can click categories to see it organized that way. This is what I'd like to do with my blog.
Also, forgive my Wordpress ignorance, but is there a way to standardize image dimensions after uploading an image?
Unfortunately, the portfolio category menu on the left-hand side is specifically built for the portfolio template only. But, as a workaround, you can add your blog categories to the site menu instead.
To do that, please go to "Appearance > Menus" and expand the Categories tab to the left, select the ones you want, and then click the "Add to Menu" button. Now once you click any category on the front end, you will see only the blog posts of that category.
Regarding the image dimensions, I am not sure I understand it correctly. Did you mean you want to create a specific size and apply it to every image on your site? Could you please elaborate?
