I tried to deactivate all plugins. No one causes it, as I can see.

Just wondering did you change the default login page URL? If so, could you please send me the correct URL?
Or, I am not sure perhaps your hosting has blocked some IP address range? Could you help check it?
My hosting has blocked my IP for the accessing outside my country.

Thank you. The cause was from a too big logo image. I just resized your logo image to 230x89 and it could now work properly.
