Just wondering did you already install all the required plugins? After installing the UXBARN Portfolio plugin, the Portfolio menu will appear on the admin panel.
Please follow the installation steps from the theme documentation. Once you finished all the steps, you will get most posts and pages as what showing on the demo site.
