Hi, I've just started building my site, and I'm nearly done. All working great, thanks! I just wanted to check - when I look at the portfolio images on the site, they don't seem to be full resolution images. They seem slightly pixelated, but when I click on them to open them, they open in full res. Is there a way to get the to be full resolution before I click on them? It's a photography site, so obviously quite important for people to see the pictures as high quality as possible without needing to click.
Hi Paul, thanks for your message. I wasn't actually looking at the images on a retina display, but I have download that plugin you recommended, and the pictures look better on my phone, so thank you. The actual issue I was having is when viewing the website on an iMac. If I click on the pictures until I get to the slider gallery, they look perfect, but when they are a featured image (ie. Have a black label on them) they aren't full resolution. Is there a way to make them full res in this mode? I obviously want people to click on them to see them bigger, but it's important that they are seen in full, clear, resolution even when they are the portfolio featured image. Is there another plugin for this, or is there something I can do to make this happen?
Hmm. I am sorry but I am still not sure I understand it correctly.
Did you mean about the portfolio featured images (screenshot: https://cl.ly/paBH ) or the images on portfolio single pages (screenshot: https://cl.ly/pZx0 ) that look pixelated?
Could you please also send me the page URL so I can have a look on the issue?

Hi Harry!
I assume that you were viewing the images on a retina-display device? Please try using this plugin for managing retina images: https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-retina-2x/
I hope it helps!

Paul
