As subject, F11 Fullscreen on chrome turn a css bug on background images, please check your theme demo here http://themes.uxbarn.com/wp/kose/ then press F11 with chrome to get the css issue.
The background image got something wrong, it shifts sometimes on the mobile too. Check the attachments for screenshot.
It's the default behavior of the "background-image" CSS rule that will stretch an image to fit the current viewport at load time. So, if the viewport size is changed after the initial load, the background image size remains the same unless reloading the page after clicking F11 (fullscreen mode).
Anyway, I already noted it in my checklist and I will see what I can do to improve it in the next version. Thank you for your feedback.
