Our logo has disappeared from the upper left portion of the site. It shows on mobile devices but not on desktops. Everything appears to be in order on the backend/settings but still the logo does not appear...
Hmm. That's strange. Do you remember when the issue happened? (For example, after updating the theme, updating WordPress, installing a new plugin, or adding custom code, etc.) It should not just happen suddenly.
Please also try this:
1. Make sure to update the theme to the latest version (v1.6.7)
2. Reupload the logo image by going to "Appearance > Customize > Side Panel"
3. Try to disable the plugins one by one to see if any of them is the cause
