I solved adding the code as custom CSS on my homepage, I thank youy very much for your help!
But I still have the problem on article blog. When creating a new article the option "custom CSS" does not appear. So I tried as you suggested in your article (Appearance->Customize->Custom CSS) but I do not see the "Custom CSS" box.
I suppose I have to add the code in the style.css. Do you know exactly where? Thanks a lot. Massimo
How can I change the width of the articles on the blog? I would like to have it bigger.

Hmm, strange. The "Additional CSS" section should appear at the bottom of the Customizer (screenshot: https://cl.ly/jCkl ).
If it is not there, please make sure that you are using the latest version of WordPress (v4.7.2). This section should come with WP4.7 and above.
