In this case, I would suggest importing the demo data from the provided XML file and you can start building your site from there. For a full guide of how to install the theme (and demo data), I would suggest reading through the theme documentation. There are also some useful tutorials provided in the doc to help you get started with the theme.
Note that the documentation is included right in the purchased package. Just go to the 'Documentation' folder and open the 'index.html' file with your browser.
I could not found out, how to install the blog. I would like also that blogdesign looks the same like nakamura. Thank you for helping!
